20 years ago I was doing volunteer work to help a small group, the goal was to convert a diesel car to run on waste restaurant oil. This whole thing was closer to a symbolic group action but it was closer to the truth than staying on track of using non-renewable energy to fuel that car.

My love for the mountain exposed me early to global warming, that same summer I had a few discussions with other mountain enthusiasts about the current world’s trend that glaciers keep shrinking faster than ever. Last year I read about the prediction becoming truth:
Whistler Blackcomb is unable to continue hosting summer camps on the Horstman Glacier … – https://www.powder.com/news/whistler-blackcomb-summer-skiing-cancelled

Yesterday I was reading Cory Doctorow‘s Austerity creates fascism. It got me to connect how the multiple crisis layers we are in – fascism, war, global warming, austerity – are all intertwined with the petrodollar.
… Gulf States that were pouring hundreds of billions into AI data-centers now need every cent to rebuild the LNG shipping terminals and oil refineries that Iran blew up … – Cory Doctorow

Austerity can come from the lack of attention to other important sectors of a society. It dries up the financial resources that should be trickling down into critical sectors like farming … into an illusion. That more computers are needed to save us from our current state. It’s a lie; source of this illusion comes from the cabal that gets its power from the petrodollar. Rewarding a system that empowers that vicious circle will lead the people of planet Earth into the wrong direction.
The reason we are confused, is that people are trying to confuse us. – Naomi Oreskes

When your system is failing you need to look up. If you think you can fix the system by filing a new government form … you are not thinking high enough. Revolutions happen when they replace the right leading heads.

I have two main tips following these observations:
- Vote with your wallet; avoid products that reward the petrodollar.
- Eat mostly food from plants.
